Meet the Board

COMPOSITION OF THE ARB:

The Board consists of thirteen (13) members, as follows: (a) Three members of the ‘Institute’, one of which shall be its current President; (b) The Minister of Public Works (MPW) or Representative of the Minister who is not an Architect or member of the Institute; (c) A representative of the Engineering Society of Liberia (EoSL), appointed by the Board of Directors of EoSL; (d) A representative of the Association of Liberian Construction Contractors (ALCC), appointed by the Board of Directors of ALCC; (e) The Minister of Commerce (MoC) or Representative of the Minister who is not an Architect or member of the Institute; (f) A representative of a private sector institution that is actively involved in the education and training of manpower for the infrastructure sector of Liberia; (g) A reputable locally resident individual of the Liberian Public. The Chairman of the ARB perpetually, shall be the sitting President of the Liberian Institute of Architects. The Co-chairman of the Board shall be the Minister of Public Works, R.L. or his / her Representative, who is not an Architect or member of the LIA. Please refer to the Act for all other information.
